This is an exciting position responsible for the delivery of all moving & handling services across all sites. As the service manager you will line manage the team and lead on and drive a preventative approach to employee MSK health, to help reduce musculoskeletal injuries and WRULDs, by ensuring the provision and delivery of moving & handling training to all staff groups, providing ergonomic, DSE and moving & handling risk assessments to staff, be the lead expert in advising on the moving & handling of patients with complex needs and on the maintenance and procurement of moving and handling equipment.
