I'm a member struggling to log in - what do I do?

Are you an NBE member and having issues logging in?

At the start of April 2023 the National Back Exchange migrated to a new membership platform called Glue Up to enhance our membership experience.

During this transition, all NBE members were sent an email from Glue Up to invite them to activate their NBE membership account. Once this has been activated you will have full access to our community engagement platform and members-only areas of our website.

If you did not receive this email, please follow the link below to activate your account:

Please ensure that you input the email address linked to your NBE membership.

If are an NBE member and the email address linked to your account is for an NHS or government organisation, please contact your IT department to ensure that security filters enable you to receive correspondence from no-reply@glueup.com and admin@nationalbackexchange.org. We do find that emails are occasionally quarantined. Remember to always check your junk folder!

These quick steps will ensure that you receive information about your membership, our newsletter, and all other circulations.
