NBE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY Saintelia Douglas DMS; LPD (Back Care Management); BA (Hons); Cert Ed; FAETC; RGN Saintelia Douglas has worked within the Back Care advisory Service for 15 years. She developed and managed the service for the Vale of Aylesbury Community Trust. Following the merge of the North and South of Buckinghamshire, she went on to be become the Lead for Buckinghamshire NHS Primary Care Trust. She was a member of the data collection team for the Guide to the Handling of People 5th and 6th edition.
